Closing Support Services provides virtual problem solutions for your administrative challenges.  We support and respond to your requests from our home-based office. We welcome the opportunity to partner with entrepreneurs, small business owners and other mobile professionals who won’t settle for less than the finest. We provide offsite professional small business support to individuals, small businesses, and branch offices of large businesses, either on an as-needed project/transaction basis, or as a “partner” on a retainer basis for a definite number of hours per month. No matter what the size or complexity of the assignment may be, please be assured that you and your work will be treated with respect and consideration. And, although we may not be geographically close, we are ‘virtually’ right at your side, ready to provide service with a (virtual) smile!  

From 2001 through 2006, Judy was an escrow officer for First American Title Insurance Company in Florida, managing and coordinating all phases of the unit closings for several new condominium and “condotel” projects:  reviewing condominium master documents, ensuring timely title updates, facilitating resolution of liens and judgments, arranging pay-downs on construction loans, scheduling and conducting closings, preparing closing documents, settlement statements, and title insurance policies, and disbursing funds.  Her experience also includes cash, loan, and “1031 exchange” residential and commercial closings, preparing closing documents and settlement statements, conducting closings in person, by e-mail and overnight courier, and making final disbursements. Her educational background includes a B.A., summa cum laude, from Framingham State College and a Paralegal Certificate from Northeastern University.
