RATES
Rates/fees:
Our fees are determined by the complexity of
the assignment and are set to be competitive for our specialty within the
industry. Hourly rates are prorated into 6 minute (1/10th of an
hour) segments.

consultation for new clients.
Retainer “partner” discounts:
10% off the hourly rate for 10 – 29
hours/month
15% off the hourly rate for 30 + hours/month
We encourage partnering relationships with
our clients for extended timeframes, resulting in the best rates and
ensuring enhanced availability.
Retainer clients agree
to partner with us for a minimum of three months. Either party may
terminate by written notice to the other (e-mail/fax) if that becomes a
necessary choice. Clients choose a retainer package that provides the
number of hours they need. Additional hours are available at the
pre-billed retainer rate. All retainer payments are made in advance on a
monthly basis. Payments not received by the 10th of the month
are re-billed at our premium rates. Please note that there are no refunds
for un-used
retainer hours and no “carry-overs” from month to month.
For our non-retainer clients, one-half of
the estimate is due prior to commencement, with the balance and any costs
incurred due at completion.
Manuscript typing rates begin at $2.25 per
double-spaced page.
